Please read before booking.
To ensure we are able to complete alterations on time, we limit the number of gowns we take per wedding date.
If you submit an appointment request, and we are unable to accommodate you, we will notify you via email as soon as we can.
If you have more than three dresses please call to schedule an appointment.
If your body fluctuates, we recommend starting the alterations process about 10 weeks before your wedding date. If you tend to stay the same size, you’re welcome to start as early as you would like.
Dresses that need to be completed in under 6 weeks will be subject to a Rush Fee starting at $250.
Appointments canceled in under 24 hours will be subject to a Late Cancellation Fee.
If your dress contains glitter fabric that requires a deep cleaning of our studio, you may incur a cleaning fee of $125.
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to accept dresses from designer Alexandra Grecco.
We are also unable to accept dresses that have been previously altered.
